très sympathique,
et l'appartement est vraiment très chaleureux,
ce qui fait une énorme différence,
sans oublier le petit extérieur privatif qui fait
lui aussi largement la différence.
À choisir en priorité: j'en suis à mon troisième appartement saisonnier à Rouen, je regrette déjà celui de Mme Morin et je suis sûr que je ne trouverai pas mieux.

Very practical due to it's location, this was a warm, confortable and charming nest for us during our holidays. The appartment was spotless when we arrived, the hostess was very arranging and very helpfull. The small garden is absolutly precious. It was lovely been around the town and just as lovely to go back to the appartment. Thanks for a great stay.
charmant studio très bien situé et bien équipé

Ce sudio est très bien situé, au coeur du vieux Rouen, à deux pas de la place du Vieux marché. Il est cosy, la déco est originale et sympa, l'ensemble est bien agencé et équipé (TV, internet, cuisine séparée et très équipée, machine à laver, fer à repasser...rien ne manque). Il y a aussi une petite courette privative, ce qui peut être agréable par beau temps, et deux vélos sont à disposition. La propriétaire est très gentille ce qui est très agréable. Le seul bémol serait que l'appartement est un peu sombre, car situé au RDC un peu enterré d'une petite maison typique rouennaise (qui a par ailleurs beaucoup de charme!). Mais pour un séjour d'une semaine comme c'était notre cas ce n'est pas très gênant. Nous vous recommandons donc chaudement cette location!

Bon accueil. Un très bel appartement, la déco est originale, et c'est chaleureux. Tout le confort pour passer un ou plusieurs jours. Merci pour avoir mis à disposition la chaise haute.

Bien situé dans le centre de rouen un leger probleme c'est pour se garer un bon point de depart pour les visites des alentour et plus loin.

Een appartementje voor 2 personen, met alles wat een mens nodig heeft erop en eraan en vlak bij het plein waar met mooi weer heel Rouen buiten zit. Rustig, compact, niet geschikt voor lange mensen (stahoogte 1,80 mtr).
