We rent a small independent house, ideal for a family with 2 children. This one is very new; construction 2009.It is made up of:
- a modern kitchen very equipped (furnace, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, plate 4 fires).
- Television set flat-faced screen
- 2 sofa bed
- a chimney
- an air-conditioning (important in summer time on Nice)
- a shower/wc
in more, you will appreciate to take your small lunched or to make you a barbecue in the garden (the garden is in renovation: count corner barbecue + pavement and flower stand in progress).
The house is at 15/20 minutes with foot of the sea, at 5 minutes of the stopping of the tramway, and a bus n°17 spends every 30 minutes to deposit you on data base Victor Hugo (close to Avenue Jean Medecin).
