Alia is the name of our elegant maisonette, 65 s.M with 80 sm verandas in two levels. On the ground level the main entrance leads to one spacious living room, which includes: sitting area with two sofa beds, dining area for six, open fully equipped kitchnen, writing area with a desk, sideboard, Tv corner. At the back of the house there is a separated (with a door) space with curboard, laundry area, wc and shower. White washsed stairs lead to the upper floor. There is the huge bedroom that has 2 windows, a double balcony door andan entrance door. The bedroom has its own bathroom, cupboards, night tables and dresser. It also has a table with two chairs and tv.The upper veranda has magnificent views to the sea, with Divounia archaeological site and the homonym Fishermen village at first site.At the side the view is breathtaking, facing the pittoresque hill of Kalafatis.A spacious open air kitchen area gives the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or drinks late at night, without interfering with the peopledownstairs.The maisonette has two independent entrances for each floor and is ideal for a couple with teenage children, or two couples, giving to residents of each floor the space and the possibility to be together and apart at the same time.At the upper veranda the dining table sits eight persons.The downstairs verand has a dining table that sits six persons.There is also an external staicase (concrete) leading to the upper floor.The door separating the floors can lock.
