la casa è confortevole e molto bella; la piscina è meravigliosa, cordiale l'accoglienza della padrona di casa.

Es una casa ideal para despedidas de soltero y días de descanso con amigos dada la amplitud e instalaciones de la casa. Más allá de esas posibilidades entiendo que la casa necesita una rehabilitación del mobiliario y de las habitaciones las cuales presentan un estado viejo y deteriorado que perjudican cualquier valoración que se pueda hacer de la casa. Evidentemente es una mansión con buena ubicación, gran piscina y tremendas posibilidades pero tengo claro que mi mujer no hubiera admitido pasar un fin de semana en tan cascadas camas y viejas habitaciones.
Por otro lado considero algo excesivo la rigurosidad de la dueña a la hora de relacionar los enseres de la casa. Si bien es comprensible exigir y relacionar objetos de valor que puedan existir en la casa, incluir y relacionar en el contrato cada uno de los objetos que existen, así como tener al llegar a la casa que cotejar cada objeto existente en la relación.
Más allá de toda cuestión, mis amigos y yo pasamos un estupendo fin de semana alojados allí. Nos bañamos, hicimos barbacoas y disfrutamos al máximo. Fue una estupenda estancia.

Très belle villa, espacieuse et comfortable. Nous avons eu la prestation d'un club mais que pour nous. Piscine, espace détente dans le jardin, jacuzzi et cuisinier à domicile....Que demander de plus!!! Je vous recommande cette villa si vous êtes nombreux car c'est vraiment du grand luxe.
