opportunities of holiday homes as well as
tool to manage the occupancy planning.
- To owners or people in charge of holiday
homes, it offers a booking calendar to manage the occupancy and rental ads for free.
- To renters of holiday homes it offers the
option to see the offer/availability of rental holiday homes and submit
reservation or information requests.
- To people authorized to occupy the
holiday home (shared for family reason or group) it offers the option to see the
availability and submit a reservation request.
Registration and utilization are both free of
charge, including the publishing of a rental offer on-line, if desired (this generally carries a fee on other sites). In addition to this, the site contains
a workflow generator, which allows the users to request information or place reservation enquiries
(renters and authorized people) and to process incoming requests
(owner/manager). If there is a new event (request/reservation confirmation) the
workflow system informs you automatically by sending an e-mail.

The workflow uses the profile of the users
relative to the holiday home. Based on this profile it determines what e-mail
to send to which person. E.g. a reservation enquiry is sent to the owner(s).
He/she can accept or refuse the request. The system
then
sends automatically an e-mail to the
initiator of the request.

You can participate free of charge by
registration on the site or after receiving an invitation to register from a
member.
There are 3 profiles of users on

- the owner/person authorized by owner(s)
He can execute all actions: Describe the object (house / apartment and its specifications / environment), make a link with the
pictures of the object, determine the rent rates, decide whether or not to show
the advertisement on-line. He can also
authorize others to execute his tasks or just give them the simple user profile.
He receives requests for information /
reservation enquiries from other users or owners of the holiday home.
- the simple user: this profile is attached to a
holiday home (on invitation by someone with a owner profile) and therefore can
see it even if it is not on-line. He can place information requests or
reservation enquiries which are then sent to the owner of the holiday
home.
- the holiday maker profile (default profile):
this profile is not attached to a
specific holiday house. He is authorized to see only the advertisements which the owners place on-line. He can
place information requests or reservation enquiries which are then sent to the owner
of the holiday home.

The workflow system has generated the e-mail
automatically. The reservation enquiry is one of the statuses which can
apply to a "stay" (or
occupancy
period). The "stays"
and their statuses enable you to manage the
occupancy planning of your holiday home.
The stays can have several
statuses:
- Pending request for
information

refused

The workflow system determines depending on your
profile relative to the holiday home, the actions that can be taken.

idea is that once the site will be popular, advertising, referral programs
and premium options with a small charge will generate money.
